Found beagle mix with blue bandana near Dothan Walmart

Found this dog this morning around 9am near the Walmart on Ross Clark Circle in Dothan. It's a medium-sized, tri-colored beagle mix with a bright blue bandana covered in paw-print designs and a small white patch on the chest that looks like a heart.
