I lost my beagle mix yesterday around 3pm near the Walmart on North Dupont Highway in Dover, Delaware. The inside of the clasp has initials 'A.R.' stamped on it, and there’s a faint scratch near the clasp from wear. It looks gently used and in overall good condition.
