I'm Diego Ramirez, and I lost a small pouch of coins this afternoon around 4:30 p.m. at Del Rio's Riverside Park along the Rio Grande. The coins are a mix of old Mexican pieces and a handful of U.S. quarters, a keepsake from my abuela.
