Hospital ID badge on green lanyard

I lost my hospital ID badge yesterday around 3pm near the Walmart Supercenter on North 1st Street in Lufkin, Deep East Texas. It's a white plastic badge in a black leather holder, with my photo and the name Priya Patel printed in bold. The badge hangs from a bright green retractable reel, and there's a small blue 'Staff' sticker on the back plus a noticeable crease along the bottom edge. This badge is essential for my shifts and I’d really appreciate getting it back as soon as possible.
