LOST felines near Daytona Beach Boardwalk.
Last Friday around 7:50 PM, I let my two cats, Willow and Mango, out for a quick stroll near the Daytona Beach Boardwalk and Pier, and they slipped away into the carnival glow. Willow is a gray tabby with a white chest; Mango is a small orange tabby with a white neck. They’re my heart and I’m terrified without them, but I’m hopeful someone nearby may have spotted them and kept them safe near the boardwalk. Please let me know if you’ve seen either of them wandering the area.
Found dog leash near Daytona Beach Boardwalk
I found these leashes near the Daytona Beach Boardwalk today around 9:15 a.m. A black nylon leash with a red grip and a blue leash were lying tangled on the railing by the seawall near the pier just outside the souvenir shops. I figured someone must be looking for them after their dog wandered off for a moment. If these belong to you, I’m glad they’re here so they can be reunited through the site.
Lost yellow-crested cockatiel with red leg band
I’m beside myself—my yellow-crested cockatiel named Sunny slipped out of his cage while I was walking along the Daytona Beach Boardwalk near the Ocean Center yesterday around 3pm. He’s about the size of a small dove, mostly gray with a bright yellow crest and orange cheek patches. He wears a tiny red plastic leg band with the number 274, which should help identify him. Sunny is usually friendly once you earn his trust and he responds to a whistle. He’s a rescue bird that my daughter loves dearly, so this has sentimental value for us and we’re really hoping to get him back. If you’ve seen him, please text me ASAP; I’d be forever grateful.
Black lab mix, 60 lbs, red collar, Daytona Beach
I lost my dog, a black lab mix around 3pm yesterday near the Daytona Beach Boardwalk and Ocean Center on Atlantic Ave. He's about 60 pounds, has a bright red collar and a small yellow heart-shaped tag. He has a white heart-shaped patch on his chest and a tiny scar above his left hind leg; he also has a slight limp after sprinting around the crowds. I adopted him from a shelter last year, and he's become my constant companion, so this feels really nerve-wracking. If anyone spotted him, I'd be deeply grateful to hear from you—he's shy but friendly and usually sticks close to people. Text or email me at [email protected] if you see him.
Found a small brown hamster near Daytona Beach park, appearing clean and friendly.
I found a tiny brown hamster running around near the Daytona Beach park this morning. It seemed a bit scared but is otherwise clean and friendly. If this is your pet, please reach out and provide a description for verification.
