Lost tank accessories near Stockyards, Fort Worth

Saturday at 2:15 p.m., I was wrapping up a small RC tank demo near the Exchange Ave entrance to the Fort Worth Stockyards when I realized my tank accessories were missing from the bag I left on a folding table by the vendor tents. The bag held a turret, spare tracks, and a battery pack—things I use for every weekend meet and hate to lose. I searched the area around the gates, and I’m hoping someone picked them up and left them somewhere safe, because replacing them would slow our next build down. It’s been a rough, frustrating moment, but I’m still hopeful.

LOST: Holiday decorations in Dallas area

I was stringing lights and a wreath on Friday evening when the holiday decorations vanished. I had them resting on the coffee table in my apartment around 7:45 PM last Friday, in the Uptown area near Crescent Court. The box contains a red-and-gold garland, a set of warm-white string lights, and a porcelain Santa that's sentimental from my grandmother. I feel a little empty without them, especially since the lights always brighten my living room during December, and the wreath brings back family memories.

Found xylophones near Music Hall at Fair Park

I found a set of xylophones behind a loading dock near the Music Hall at Fair Park in Dallas this afternoon, around 2:00 p.m. They were dusty but clearly well-loved by a local group, with bright wood bars and four mallets tucked into the top pouch. The case looks sturdy, and I’m pretty sure these belong to a school band or a community group. I’m glad they’re not left out in the rain, and I’d love to help reunite them with their owner through the site.

Found: Breeds booklet near Klyde Warren Park.

Today at 11:22 a.m., I found a binder labeled Breeds on a bench near Klyde Warren Park in downtown Dallas. Inside are several dog-breed profiles, a few folded pages, and a small notebook with sketches of different breeds. It looked like someone was studying for a show or a vet seminar, and I didn’t want to leave it behind, so I tucked it into my bag and posted here to help reunite the owner. Please reach out through the site if this is yours.

Lost: Black metal folding chairs near Klyde Warren Park

Hi, I'm Grace Thompson. I lost a small set of black metal folding chairs I haul to neighborhood events. I last saw them around 7:30 p.m. Friday, near Klyde Warren Park in the Dallas Arts District after we wrapped up a fundraiser. They’re lightweight but sturdy, and one seat has a faint coffee stain from last month's bake sale. These chairs carry memories of my late grandmother’s backyard gatherings and the sense of community I try to keep alive; please keep an eye out if you spot them.

Lost sandals in Dallas, TX

I stepped out of a café near the Dallas Farmers Market around 4:40 PM on Friday and realized my sandals were gone from the bench where I’d been waiting. They’re tan leather with a bright turquoise strap and a cracked sole that I’ve relied on all summer. I remember sitting there with my tote, then walking away with a friend and not noticing them missing until I reached the parking lot. It’s frustrating and a little embarrassing, but I’m hoping someone picked them up for safe keeping. Please reach out through the site if you’ve seen them.

Lost USB drives near Klyde Warren Park, Dallas

I lost my USB drives on Tuesday around 7:45 p.m. after a quick exit from a cafe near Klyde Warren Park in downtown Dallas. They are five small drives tucked into a blue case inside a gray tote, easy to mix up in a crowded evening. The data matters to me—work drafts, a few personal photos, and receipts from a recent trip—and I am worried they may fall into the wrong hands. I retraced the park path, crossing the pedestrian bridge and circling the Pegasus statue, but nothing turned up. If you found them, I hope you will hand them in so I can pick them up where I left them.

Found remote controls near Klyde Warren Park

Hi, I’m Lena Martinez. I found a set of remote controls on a bench by Klyde Warren Park in downtown Dallas this afternoon, around 6:30 PM. They were tucked against the railing between the Arts District promenade and the food trucks, blinking under a streetlamp as people passed. The remotes look like they belong to someone’s living room—several brands, mismatched colors, and a couple with sticky notes. I picked them up and kept them safe here, hoping to help reunite them with their owner through the site.

Found parrots in Dallas–Fort Worth

Yesterday around 5:45 PM I found two parrots perched on a storefront awning near Trinity Groves in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. They stepped onto my sleeve and looked curious, one with vibrant green feathers and a blue tail, the other a flashy yellow-green with a red crown. I kept them safe in a quiet corner of the street while I looked for any sign of owners. They seem well cared for and unusually friendly, chirping a bit and mimicking a few phrases. I know someone is probably missing them dearly, so I hope this helps bring them home soon. They’re safe where I found them and waiting for the next step.

Lost Appliances in Dallas/Fort Worth

This morning at 9:30 a.m., I realized my small appliances were missing from the kitchen of my apartment off Elm Street, near Reunion Tower in downtown Dallas. The missing items are a white coffee maker, a black toaster, and a compact blender I reach for every morning. I’d stepped into the hallway to grab a box and came back to find the counter empty, with a faint coffee aroma lingering in the air. If you found them somewhere around the lobby stairs by Reunion Tower or tucked into a nearby storage area, please return them to the site.

Lost Handheld and Console in Dallas

Friday night around 9:15 pm, I realized my Handheld and Console were missing after I left the food trucks by Klyde Warren Park and started walking toward the American Airlines Center. I think I last had it tucked in my backpack while I checked a photo near the Dallas Arts District, and I must have dropped it somewhere along the sidewalk by Victory Park. It's a black handheld console in a blue cover, and the screen glows when I tap the power button. I'm anxious and hopeful that a kind soul picked it up and will bring it back through the site.
