What to do when you find someone else's property — your responsibilities and how to return it safely.

I found a cream queen-size duvet cover with navy piping this afternoon around 3:15pm, near the NorthPark Center parking garage off Park Lane in Dallas. It’s a Luna Home brand with a hidden zipper closure and two matching pillow shams. The fabric feels soft and the stitching is neat, though there’s a tiny coffee stain on the inner flap and a faint fade along the edge from washing. There’s a small monogram tag on the inside that reads 'LH' in blue thread, which might help the owner identify it. It clearly belonged to someone who uses this bedding set regularly, and it would mean a lot to get it back. I found a gray lanyard with a VIP festival pass this afternoon around 2:15pm outside the Winspear Opera House in the Dallas Arts District. The badge is for the Luna Nights Festival and has a silver hologram sticker with LN22 and a printed barcode. The lanyard is a slightly frayed light-gray nylon and there’s a small coffee stain near the snap. It looks like it might have fallen out of a bag during the crowd surge after the show; if anyone recognizes it, I’d really want to get it back to its owner.

Found vintage Star Wars action figures set

I found a small batch of vintage Star Wars action figures this afternoon around 3:15pm behind the Dallas Farmers Market on Harwood Street. They're Kenner-era, about 3.5 inches tall, with some paint wear and a light layer of dust from storage. The group includes Luke Skywalker (blonde hair, blue lightsaber), Darth Vader (glossy helmet with chipped paint), and a Boba Fett with a slightly bowed rocket-firing accessory. Category: Bedding & Linen. I found a queen-size sheet set this morning around 9:20am in the parking lot behind NorthPark Center on Lemmon Ave, Dallas. It's ivory cotton with pale blue piping along the edges and includes fitted sheet, flat sheet, and two pillowcases. One pillowcase has a small gray monogram 'LM' embroidered in the corner, and the tag reads 'LuxeLine 400TC'. The set looks gently used but clean, a little wrinkled from the drive. Bedding can mean a lot to someone, so I hope to get it back to its owner if this is yours.
