Blue ID badge with red lanyard found

I found a blue plastic ID badge this afternoon around 3:20 pm in the parking lot behind the Cumberland Valley Library on Oak Street. It’s on a bright red lanyard and is about the size of a credit card, with a small photo of a person in a gray blazer in the corner. The badge says 'Cumberland Valley School District' and 'Employee' with the name 'Alex Nguyen' printed across the middle, plus a tiny coffee stain on the back and a peeled sticker that reads 'Volunteer' near the bottom. If this belongs to you, I’d like to get it back—we can meet near the library entrance or coordinate here to arrange a pickup.
