I found a red knit scarf this afternoon around 3:15pm in the parking lot behind the Cumberland Valley Community Center on Market Street, near the transit shelter. It's a thick acrylic scarf, about 60 inches long, with a bright red color and white snowflake patterns at the ends. There’s a small edge snag and a little blue thread stitched in the bottom corner where someone repaired a loose loop.
