Blue ceramic mixing bowl with rim chip

I found a blue ceramic mixing bowl this afternoon around 3:15pm in the Cumberland Valley Market parking lot off Main Street, near the CVS entrance. It's about 9 inches across, with a glossy cobalt exterior and a cream interior, and there's a noticeable chip along the rim. On the bottom there’s a faint pencil mark that looks like an 'S' plus a small coffee stain from yesterday's bake. It smells faintly of vanilla and was sitting on the curb near the bike racks.
