Blue plush dragon with red wings

I lost my blue plush dragon yesterday afternoon around 3pm near the Columbus Commons fountain on Rich Street in downtown Columbus. It's about 10 inches tall, made of soft, faded blue fabric with a white belly and tiny bright red wings. There's a small yellow tag on its left ear that reads 'Kai', and the fur near the tail is a bit frayed. It was a gift from my kid and has sentimental value; I'm really hoping to get it back.
