Last Tuesday at around 6:15 p.m., I wrapped up a quick job near the State House on Main Street when I realized my power tools were missing from the tote in my van. The missing items include a cordless drill, a few drill bits, and a sturdy metal toolbox with a blue handle. These tools are what I rely on for freelance repairs, and the thought of them turning up in the wrong hands makes me anxious.
