Found dark blue puffer jacket along the river trail in Columbia, SC.

Description

I found a dark blue puffer jacket wandering along the river trail in Columbia last evening. It looked like it had been there for a while, and there were no identifying marks or tags inside. I hope it belongs to someone who may have gotten separated from their group.
