I found a blue reflective dog harness with orange trim this afternoon around 2:45pm in the parking lot behind the Walmart on Forum Boulevard in Columbia, MO. It's a medium nylon harness with a sturdy quick-release buckle, adjustable straps, and a small paw-print embroidery on the inside.
