Sterling silver bracelet with heart charm

I found a sterling silver bracelet with a tiny heart charm this afternoon around 2:30pm near the Garden of the Gods Visitor Center on Garden of the Gods Road in Colorado Springs. It's a neat piece of jewellery, in decent shape, and inside the bracelet there's an engraving that says 'Ava 10/12' plus a small blue gemstone heart charm.
