Found navy satin evening gown with beading

I found this navy satin evening gown this afternoon around 3:15pm outside the ENMU Portales Campus Bookstore on Main Street in Portales. It's a floor-length dress, size 6, by Alex Evenings, with a delicate silver beading trim along the sweetheart neckline and a slim satin belt. The fabric is in great condition, with a tiny snag on the inside lining near the zipper and a removable navy chiffon wrap tucked in the inner pocket. There’s a small silver monogram 'FP' stitched on the inside label, which is a unique identifying feature I spotted.
