Blue VIP wristband for City Lights Fest

I found a blue VIP concert wristband this afternoon around 5:45pm in the parking lot behind Portales Market on Main Street. It's a plastic band about 2 inches wide with a white barcode sticker and City Lights Fest in silver foil on the front. The band is a little scuffed from the pavement, and there's a tiny coffee stain on the back. No name is visible, so I can't identify the owner yet.
