I’m Jordan Reed. On Saturday at about 6:20 PM, I was filming a sunset clip near East 4th Street in downtown Cleveland when the wind whipped my bag from my hands and the drones slipped away. I retraced the plaza around Terminal Tower and the alleys along West 6th Street, but they didn’t turn up.
