Found toy train near APSU Bell Tower

I found a small toy train on the Clarksville sidewalks near the APSU Bell Tower around 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday while I was heading back from the library. The train is plastic, orange with blue stripes, and the wheels are a bit rough from being dragged along the concrete. It felt like it belonged to a kid who might be missing it, so I set it on a bench near the riverwalk hoping the owner would recognize it. If this rings a bell, know that the train is waiting on a safe spot near the Bell Tower on the APSU campus.
