Blue reflective dog harness with bone tag
I found a blue reflective dog harness this morning around 10:45am near the east entrance of Findlay Market in Over-the-Rhine. It's a nylon harness with a silver reflective stripe, a black quick-release buckle, and a small bone-shaped tag engraved 'Luna'. The harness is used but in decent condition, with a couple of loose threads along the seam and a little wear on the label. It looks like it was dropped recently, maybe by a pup wearing it around the market. If this belongs to your dog, DM me with the tag name and where you last had it, and I can bring it to you. I hope the owner sees this and can get it back.
Leopard gecko found near Fountain Square, Cincinnati
I found a small leopard gecko this afternoon around 2:45pm outside Fountain Square, near the corner of 5th Street and Vine in downtown Cincinnati. It's about 3 inches from snout to tail, with a bright green body and yellow spotted pattern, and a pale belly. Its tail is a bit plump, and there's a tiny white speck above its left eye plus a slight kink at the tail tip—unique enough to spot again. It seemed alert but a little confused, so I kept it in a ventilated plastic bin with air holes. I'm hoping to reunite it with its owner; if you're missing a pet gecko with those features, please reach out.
Found orange tabby cat near Fountain Square, Cincinnati
I found a friendly orange tabby this afternoon around 3:45pm near Fountain Square in Cincinnati. It's a medium-sized cat with short fur, bright orange coat, and white paws. It’s wearing a blue collar with a tiny silver bell that jingles when it moves. It seemed a little hungry and a bit scared, but it purred when I patted its back. There’s a small notch in its left ear and a faint white stripe down its nose—easy to recognize. I followed it for a couple of blocks, and it hung around the edge of the plaza before I stopped.
