I was at Market Street near the Majestic Theatre in Chillicothe at 2:15 p.m. Saturday when my small set of clear plastic organizers slipped from my bag. They’re thin, stackable trays with a red lid, the kind I use for makeup and travel toiletries. It feels a little dramatic to admit, but they were a practical gift for my sister's wedding, and I keep thinking of them as part of our preparations. I lost my white insulin pen with a blue cap yesterday around 3pm near the Chillicothe Medical Center on East Main Street. It's a NovoPen-style device, about the size of a marker, with a tiny red heart sticker on the barrel and a slightly scratched chrome clip. I was walking from the bus stop toward the clinic and must have dropped it near the crosswalk by that little convenience store. This pen is something I rely on every day, and it's a gift from my grandmother, so it feels extra important to get back.
