Lost & found passports in Chillicothe

Lost Passports near Yoctangee Park.

LOST: At 6:15 p.m. Friday, I realized my passports were missing from the zipper pocket of my backpack after leaving the Chillicothe Public Library on Main Street. I had been checking travel details and then walked toward Yoctangee Park by the Scioto River. I must have dropped them somewhere near the park’s walking paths or near the Market Street entrance. The passports are in a blue leather sleeve; one is biometric, with my photo in the holder. I’m terrified about travel delays and fines, and I’ve retraced my steps from the library to the park, asking a few shop employees if they’d seen them. I’m hoping a kind soul kept them safe until I can return.
