Blue Giro bike helmet with white decals

I found a blue Giro bike helmet this morning around 7:40am behind the bike racks by the Chico State Transit Center on West 7th Street in Chico. It's a size M with black vents and a few scrapes along the rim from a spill, but it looks usable. There’s a small white paw-print sticker on the inner strap and a red duct-tape accent on the inside padding, which should help identify it.
