Lost train in Chautauqua, New York
Last Saturday, around 4:15 PM, I realized my train was missing somewhere between Bestor Plaza and the Amphitheater at the Chautauqua Institution. I had been walking back from the lakefront and stopped to take a quick photo near the lawn, then turned around and saw it wasn’t there. The train is a small metal engine with a red caboose—nothing fancy, but it’s a favorite for weekend play with my nephew. If it turns up, it would mean a lot to us to have it back in the tote where it belongs.
Lost Travel Visas near Chautauqua Institution, NY
I’m Emily Carter. I lost my travel visas around 7:30 PM last Friday, right outside the Chautauqua Institution Amphitheater after the sunset service by the lake. They were in a brown leather folder with my name on the cover. I’m supposed to travel soon, and those visas are essential for my trip, so I’m feeling anxious. I retraced the brick paths along the lakefront from the main entrance toward the boat launch, but I didn’t find anything. If you found a folder with a blue sticker and my initials, please keep it safe somewhere near the Amphitheater. I’ll be checking the area again tomorrow morning and am hopeful someone picked them up.
