Lost & found dogs in Charlottesville

Found brown and white dog with blue collar

I found a dog this morning around 7:30am near the Downtown Mall on Market Street, Charlottesville. It's a medium-sized, brown-and-white mixed-breed with a bright blue collar and a small heart-shaped white patch on its chest. The dog has a tiny notch in the right ear and a friendly, well-groomed look; it seemed well cared for and wagged at me as I approached.
