Lost bright yellow parakeet with blue cheeks

I lost my bright yellow parakeet yesterday around 3pm. He's tiny, about the size of a sparrow, with teal-blue tail feathers and a blue patch on his cheeks, and a blue leg band with a small silver tag on his right leg. We were on the balcony near the Krannert Center for the Performing Arts on University Avenue in Champaign when a gust of wind swept him away. This bird means a lot to my family—it's my daughter's pet and it was a gift from my grandmother, so we’d really appreciate getting him back.
