That evening around 7:30 p.m., I was by the NewBo City Market on 11th Street in Cedar Rapids when my two hats disappeared from the chair by the entrance. I retraced the steps along 2nd Avenue, asked one market vendor, and looked behind the stalls, but nothing turned up. I’m feeling anxious and hopeful—one hat was a gift and the other is my everyday warmth in Iowa winters. If you happened to see them or picked them up, please consider bringing them to the market’s lost-and-found or leaving them somewhere safe nearby.
LOST: Skirts in Cedar Rapids
Lost: I misplaced my skirts yesterday around 4:15 PM near NewBo City Market in Cedar Rapids. I’d been chatting with a friend outside the brick entrance when a gust of wind knocked them off a chair and they vanished on my way to the car. They’re knee-length, floral-print with a small tear at the hem, and I know every detail of them. I retraced from the market’s main entrance to the brick wall by the Bohemian Moon cafe and back, calling out, but I came up empty. I’m hoping a kind passerby picked them up and kept them safe.

I lost my navy blue Nike running jacket yesterday around 3pm near the NewBo City Market on 13th Ave SE in Cedar Rapids. It's a men's size medium, lightweight ripstop with bright orange reflective piping along the sleeves and a small zippered chest pocket. There's a faint fray at the left cuff and the bright red inner lining peeks out when you unzip the hem. This jacket is my go-to for training runs, and I really need it back.

I've misplaced my blue mountain bike with some white lettering on it. I last remember seeing it locked up outside of Lindale Mall in Cedar Rapids while I was running some errands. It has a small tear on the left seat and a unique sticker of a raccoon on the frame. If anyone finds it, I would really appreciate getting it back!
Lost brown leather Rawlings Pro baseball glove with initials 'J.S.' at Kings Point Park.
I was playing catch with my son at Kings POINT Park in Cedar Rapids yesterday and I think I left my leather baseball glove there. It’s a well-worn Rawlings Pro model, brown in color, and has my initials, 'J.S.', engraved on the wrist strap. I was watching a little league game when I realized it was missing. If anyone finds it, I would really appreciate it back!
