Lost: Belts in Catskills, NY
I was hiking in the Catskills today and realized my Belts were missing around 2:30 p.m. near the North-South Lake overlook, after a scramble along the Esopus Creek trail. They are two brown leather belts with brass buckles, well worn from daily use. I have retraced the North-South Lake area and checked the parking lot by Kaaterskill Falls, but nothing turned up. If you found them, I would really appreciate returning them so I can stop worrying about the trip ahead.

I lost my navy The North Face parka yesterday around 3pm near the Phoenicia Diner on Route 28 in the Catskills. It’s a size XL, with a detachable faux-fur hood and bright orange zipper pulls. There’s a small fox embroidery on the inside left pocket and a faint snag on the left cuff from a hike last weekend. I found a navy blue North Face parka, size L, this afternoon around 4:15 pm in the parking lot behind the Phoenicia Diner on Route 28, here in the Catskills. It's in good shape with just a bit of dust from the rain and a lightly worn zipper. The hood has a faux-fur trim and there's an eye-catching orange zipper pull. Inside the left chest pocket is a small pine-cone keychain clipped to the inner lining, and the brand tag is clearly visible. I found this olive-green Patagonia parka this afternoon near the Phoenicia Diner on Main Street in Phoenicia, Catskills. It's a size Large, down-filled, with an orange zipper pull and a small blue bear embroidered on the inner lining. The coat is in good condition, a bit muddy at the hem from a hike on the nearby Overlook Mountain trail, and the tag is still attached. Inside the left pocket there's a handwritten note with the initials 'A.R.'—maybe a clue to the owner. I lost my electric-blue The North Face windbreaker yesterday around 3pm near the Kaaterskill Falls parking area on Route 23A in the Catskills. It’s a men's medium, waterproof shell with a white zipper and a small white mountain patch on the left chest. There’s a red interior pocket liner and a tiny snag on the left cuff from a fall last month. The jacket was a gift from my sister, so it means a lot to me and I really need it back.
