Burgundy scarf with silver thread, found

I found a burgundy wool scarf this afternoon around 2:15pm near the Cardiff Central Library on The Hayes. It's an H&M scarf, standard adult length, with deep burgundy wool and subtle two-tone silver threads woven through the knit. There’s a small leather tag near the edge embossed with the initials 'PS'. The ends are lightly fringed and there are a few pills from wear, but otherwise it's clean and in good condition. I felt relieved to spot it in such a busy spot—these things mean a lot to people.
