I found a blue fleece hoodie this afternoon around 3:15pm outside Cardiff Central Library on The Hayes. It's a men's medium with bright orange drawstrings and a small white emblem on the chest. It's in decent condition with a faint coffee stain along the pocket edge and a tiny snag near the cuff.
