I was walking the Hyannis waterfront last night, around 6:15 p.m., when I spotted a neat row of four folding chairs tucked between the railing and the ramp to the ferry terminal. They are lightweight aluminum with chipped blue paint and one chair still has a faded sticker with a sailboat. They looked like they were left behind after a small gathering, maybe a sunset snack on the seawall. It felt hopeful to think someone might be missing them, so I posted this listing and hope to reunite them with their owner.

I’m so bummed—around 11:45 a.m. Tuesday I left Hyannis Main Street with a shopping bag full of groceries and a box of small appliances, and by the time I got to the Hyannis ferry terminal, the box was gone. Inside were a white blender, a chrome toaster, and a compact coffee maker. The harbor breeze carried the scent of sea salt and diesel buses, and I kept picturing someone wandering with those items in a rush. I’ve walked the length of Main Street from the Cape Cod Mall to the ferry terminal twice, hoping to find a kind soul who turned them in.

I lost my microwaves on Saturday at 7:42 pm after a sunset walk along MacMillan Pier in Provincetown. They were missing from the kitchen of our weekend rental, the cupboards where I always keep them now bare. There's a tiny initial 'A' embroidered in the lower right corner and a faint coffee stain near the corner label. I realized it yesterday around 3pm after I unpacked the bed, and it has sentimental value because it was a gift from my grandmother; I'd really appreciate getting it back.
