Black canvas tote with red zipper, found in Brunswick

I found a black canvas tote this afternoon around 2:15pm behind the Brunswick Town Hall on Maine Street, near the corner with Park Row. It's a medium-sized bag, a little worn at the corners, with a bright red zipper pull and a small blue lobster keychain attached to the zipper. Inside there's a spiral notebook, a pink umbrella, and a faded photo tucked in a pocket. The bag feels like it's used daily and probably holds something meaningful to its owner; I'd love to see it back with you if you recognize it.
