Black velvet evening gown with crystal-embellished belt

I lost my black velvet gown yesterday around 3pm after leaving the Brownsville Public Library on Main Street. It’s an Adrianna Papell, size 6, with a crystal-embellished belt and a small train. The gown is in good condition overall, with the velvet still rich and a tiny snag near the hem from stepping out of a taxi. There’s a discreet interior monogram 'AP' on the lining by the tag, which I used to identify it. I was walking toward Market Square after a charity event and realized a block later that it wasn’t with me. It means a lot to me; it was a gift from my grandmother and holds sentimental value.
