Found blue paperback travel guide in Broward

I found a blue paperback travel guide this afternoon around 2:15pm outside the Fort Lauderdale Central Library on Broward Boulevard. It's about 320 pages, well-worn, with a coffee stain on the back cover and a sunflower charm bookmark sticking out between pages 128 and 129. There's a small dent on the corner and a pencil note in the margin with the name 'Maria' and a street address I can't quite read. I know it's probably really important to whoever lost it, and I’d love to get it back—if this is yours, reply here and we can figure a quick pickup.
