While strolling Fort Lauderdale's Riverwalk on a sunny afternoon around 2:20 p.m., I found several Pins scattered near the water's edge. There are three enamel pins — one with a dolphin, one with a university crest, and another that looks like a city landmark. They looked like they belonged to someone who wears them on a backpack or jacket. I gathered them in a small pile and brought them to the Riverwalk kiosk, hoping the owner would recognize them. It felt strange to find pieces of someone's hobby, but also a small joy that they might be reunited.
