I found a blue ID card this afternoon around 3:45pm behind the Brainerd Public Library on Willow Street, near the bike racks by the back entrance. The card lives in a clear plastic sleeve, attached to a blue lanyard with white stripes. The name on the card appears to be 'Mia Patel' with a small photo of a smiling woman.
