Gold ring with small diamond, initials inside

I lost my gold ring yesterday around 3pm near Fountain Square Park on Main Street in downtown Bowling Green, KY. It's a 14k yellow-gold band, about size 6.5, with a tiny diamond on the top and a faint engraving inside that reads 'KB' and a small heart. The brand is unknown, and the ring shows a few micro-scratches from daily wear. This sentimental piece was a gift from my grandmother, and I really need it back. I was walking from the courthouse toward the National Corvette Museum area when I must have dropped it near the crosswalk by the fountain. If anyone found it, I’d be grateful to get it back.
