Lost equipment for various sports in Boone on Saturday around 6:30 p.m. I had just finished practice near Mast General Store on North King Street and set a black duffel bag down on a bench outside. The bag contains a basketball, two tennis rackets, a soccer ball, and some protective gloves; there’s a red stripe and my initials on a tag. I’m anxious about upcoming games and the season, and I keep replaying where I last had it. If someone found it around the Mast General Store area, I’d be grateful to have it returned.

I found a hand-painted ceramic vase this afternoon around 2:15 pm behind The Local on West King Street in Boone. It's about 8 inches tall, 4 inches across, with a glossy teal glaze and a narrow gold rim, plus a small floral motif in white and cobalt. The bottom is signed 'M. Rivera', and there's a tiny chip along the rim that gives it character. If this belongs to you or someone you know, I’d love to help reunite it with its rightful owner.
