Lost friendly dog named Milo who slipped out of his collar while walking in Bloomington.

Description

Milo went missing while we were walking him around our neighborhood in Bloomington. He slipped out of his collar and ran off, possibly frightened by a loud noise. He's quite friendly but might be a little skittish. If anyone has seen him, please let me know as we miss him dearly.
