Lost USB drives near Milner Library, Normal
Yesterday around 3:45 p.m., I realized I must have left my USB drives somewhere on the ISU campus after a study session near Milner Library. One drive has a red case with a campus logo; the other is plain black with a scratched label. They contain personal files and some work notes, and I’m anxious about privacy until they’re found. Please keep an eye out for them around the Milner Library entrance on the Normal campus.
Red Moleskine notebook with Siamese cat sticker
I lost my red Moleskine notebook yesterday around 3pm near the Starbucks on Main Street in downtown Bloomington-Normal. It's a small hardcover, about 5 by 7 inches, with a black elastic band and a Siamese cat sticker on the inside front page. The pages are full of poems and quick doodles; it also has a faded silver pen quote on the back page. It has sentimental value—it was my late grandmother's notebook, and I really need it back.
Blue paperback novel found near Bloomington Public Library
I found this blue paperback copy of The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern this afternoon around 2:45 pm in front of the Bloomington Public Library on Main Street. It is a well-loved edition with a dog-eared page and a yellow bookmark sticking out from chapter 7. Inside the front cover there is a short inscription: 'To Sam, enjoy the magic,' written in neat handwriting, and a small coffee ring on the back cover. I figured someone must be missing it, so I am posting here to help reunite it with its owner. If you think it is yours, I can meet at the library desk to hand it over.
