ND State ID card with photo

I lost my North Dakota state ID yesterday around 3pm near the Starbucks on Main Street in Bismarck. It's the standard ID in a clear plastic sleeve, with my photo and the name 'Priya Patel' visible. There's a small coffee stain along the bottom edge and a tiny scratch across the back that catches the light. I had it after grabbing a latte before I headed toward the Kirkwood Mall entrance on 17th Street. This ID is essential for work and travel, and I’d be incredibly grateful to get it back—I'll gladly repay any reasonable expense if someone found it.
