Navy ID badge with photo and red lanyard

I lost my navy ID badge with photo and red lanyard yesterday around 3pm near the State Capitol area, downtown Bismarck. It's a plastic ID card, about the size of a credit card, with my photo on the left and the City of Bismarck logo printed across the top. The badge hangs on a bright red lanyard and has a small retractable clip. There's a tiny notch on the bottom edge and a faint coffee stain on the back, and it's my work ID, so I really need it back.
