Gray Nike running shoes found near Capitol grounds

I found a pair of gray Nike running shoes this afternoon around 2:15pm behind the State Capitol building on Boulevard Ave in downtown Bismarck. They're men's size 9, gray mesh with darker gray overlays and a white swoosh; the left shoe has a bright orange lace, the right one has plain black laces. They're a bit scuffed at the toe but otherwise in decent condition. I figure someone must be missing them, and I'd really like to help get them back to their owner; if you can describe the orange lace, they're probably yours.
