I found a bottle of medication on a bench along 4th Street near the State Capitol in Bismarck around 2:20 p.m. today. It sat there in the sun for a minute, and I could tell someone had probably stepped away for a moment. I picked it up, checked the label, and kept it safe, hoping the owner will see this post.
