Found blue winter jacket with fur-lined hood near the riverbank in Bismarck.

I found a blue winter jacket with a fur-lined hood while walking by the riverbank in Bismarck this morning. It's in good condition, seems to be a size medium, and has a few visible pockets on the front. If you think it might belong to you, please reach out to me so I can return it!
