Black leather Fossil wallet with gold zipper

I lost my Fossil black leather wallet yesterday around 3pm near the State Capitol grounds on East Boulevard Ave in Bismarck. It's a slim wallet with a gold zipper and a small scuff along the bottom edge, plus a faint coffee stain on the back. Inside you'll find my driver's license, a couple of cards, and a tiny photo of my sister, plus a metal tag engraved with 'PR' in the card slot. Losing it is rough because the wallet was a gift from my grandmother, so if anyone found it, I’d really appreciate getting it back.
