Gray tabby cat with green collar and bell

I lost my gray tabby cat yesterday around 5:30pm near Court Street and the Roberson Museum in downtown Binghamton. He's medium size, with soft gray fur, a white patch on his chest, and a bright green collar with a tiny silver bell that jingles when he moves. There's a small notch behind his left ear. He answers to the name Milo and is incredibly friendly, so I’m hoping someone found him and will bring him home. This cat is part of our family—he means a lot to us—and I’d really appreciate any help in getting him back.
