I lost my blue parakeet yesterday around 3pm near Court Street and Main Street in downtown Binghamton. It's a small budgie, about 6 inches long, with a blue-green body, bright yellow head, and white wings. It wears a silver leg band engraved 'KB-23' on its left leg, which should help identify it. I lost my black and white border collie mix yesterday around 5:15pm near the Ross Park Zoo in Binghamton. He's about 40 pounds, medium build, with a white star-shaped patch on his chest and a slightly longer left ear that sticks up when he's curious. He wears a bright blue nylon collar with a small round red tag, and he has a gentle wag when he recognizes a familiar voice. I adopted him last year, so this is really hard on me; he's my best friend and has sentimental value beyond words.
