Red nylon dog collar with brass tag

I lost my red nylon dog collar yesterday around 3pm near the PetSmart on Grand Avenue in Billings. It's a medium-sized collar from the Blueberry brand, with a bright brass name tag engraved 'Nova' and a tiny white paw charm. The stitching is neon orange and there’s a small coffee stain near the buckle. It has sentimental value to me because it came with my rescue dog, and I really need it back.
