Red reflective dog harness with paw patch

I found a red reflective dog harness this afternoon around 3:15pm in the parking lot behind the Bend Public Library on Wall Street. It's a medium size, red nylon with a bright reflective stripe along the chest and a small blue paw-print patch stitched near the buckle. There's a tiny scrape on the metal D-ring and the neck label is a bit worn, but otherwise it's in good condition.
